Maple Cream Cheese Icing

- Yield: about 1 cup (2 Servings)
Delicious on crepes, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, or whatever other autumnal dessert you can think of.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Tofutti Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup I just used Aunt Jemima's
- elbow grease
Instructions
- Scoop cream cheese into a small bowl. Allow it to sit for a few minutes at room temperature to soften up a bit.
- Add in the other ingredients, starting with powdered sugar. Using a sturdy spoon, beat the icing until thick and creamy. It's okay if there are a couple lumps of cream cheese in there, but try to mix in as much as you can. When finished, drizzle over your favorite desserts!
