The title says it all. I totally improvised this one day after rummaging through my pantry. The coconut gives this whip a very unique, nutty flavor and creaminess to which I have developed a slightly unhealthy addiction. Put it on top of anything that beckons the addition of whipped cream! I like putting it on peaches.
Coconut cream runs pretty cheap. Here, I use Trader Joe’s brand of coconut cream ($1.49) and the bag of powdered sugar was $1.50. Pretty darn inexpensive as far as vegan whips go!

Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can coconut cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Assemble your ingredients!
- Scoop coconut cream and pour powdered sugar into a medium sized bowl. With a whisk or a fork, whip together the ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes. Use a lot of elbow grease!
- Scoop the whip into a container, and store in the fridge until ready to eat! 🙂
